• If you prefer a collection you can arrange with us to collect at our Warehouse in Bellville South, Cape Town. Please contact us at for all collections.

Please assist us in ensuring the pieces you have ordered will fit through any entrances and hallways and that they will be suitable for the area that they will
be placed in. We will provide you with all the necessary measurements to ensure that your ordered item will fit into your space. Please make sure you
double check before ordering, this is very important! Should your item not fit you may be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
Please note all Spraysafe and delivery fees are non-refundable. It is our goal to ensure that you have a successful delivery, we will most definitely not leave you or you ordered item in a tight spot. Sofaworx and our trusted delivery partners will only deliver to the third floor the necessary arrangements will have to be made if a lift is not accessible. We do offer a hoisting service for those areas that are inaccessible through doorways and hallways. Please note this is an additional fee and will be charged to your order. • Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a waybill number. This waybill number will allow you to track your order along the way
through our trusted delivery partners websites and online platforms’. Alternatively contact and we will update you on the
progress of your shipping.

Each product has a delivery fee attached that can be viewed in your shopping cart before checkout.

We deliver to all major cities and hubs within South African boarders. There may from time to time be a farm, remote or high-risk area that our trusted
delivery partners do not service. If this is the case, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements and to discuss any surcharges.

In line with government directions, all our transporters will adhere to strict safety protocols. Every parcel will be sanitised before the order leaves the
warehouse or depot. Delivery personnel are screened daily, will wear face masks during delivery and required to sanitise their hands regularly. Delivery
personnel are required to maintain social distancing of 1.5m from customers and may only enter a customer’s home if all residents wear face masks. As an
additional pre-caution, it is recommended that customers sanitise parcels personally based on guidelines which will be provided.
